A 3 Units Porcelain Fused to Metal Fixed Partial Denture was contructed to replace a missing tooth (46, FDI Two-Digit Notation). Abutment teeth are lower right second premolar and lower right second molar (45 and 47, FDI Two-Digit Notation). Missing tooth is lower right first molar (46, FDI Two-Digit Notation). The patient is a 72 years old female.
